EBP Toolkit provides a web-based platform for mental health organizations to manage training, implementation, and supervision of evidence-based practices. The service is intended for use by licensed mental health professionals and organizations.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Transmit any material that is harmful, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the service to store or transmit protected health information in a manner inconsistent with applicable law

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All data entered into the EBP Toolkit by your organization remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for any purpose other than providing the service.

You grant EBP Toolkit a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely as necessary to provide the service.

We may collect and use data derived from your use of the service in anonymized, aggregated form — meaning no individual user, client, or organization can be identified. We may use this aggregate data for purposes including improving the service, understanding usage patterns, internal analytics, and marketing efforts.

This aggregate data does not include any personally identifiable information or protected health information (PHI).

The EBP Toolkit platform, including its design, code, and content, is the intellectual property of EBP Technologies LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written consent.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EBP Technologies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
