This Washington CBT+ Initiative Learning Collaborative consists of an initial 3-hour asynchronous training followed by four live online trainings on CBT for Anxiety, CBT for Depression, Parent Management Training for Behavior Problems and Trauma Focused CBT for trauma-specifc impact. There is a phone consultation 2x per month for 3 months then once per month for an additional 3 months.
